#Why agencies use Flowproof
Clients are increasingly asking whether they can be found in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. An agency wants to give them a concrete answer, with a report that shows whether the website is technically and editorially ready for AI search and what the next step is. Flowproof does the measuring: more than 70 checks on AI crawlers, technical setup, structured data, llms.txt, content, SEO, conversion, UX and advertising opportunities, plus an accessibility check. You bring the advice, under your own name. What GEO is and how to explain it to clients is covered in the complete guide to GEO and in the difference between GEO and SEO.
#How it works
- Set up your branding. Upload your logo, choose your brand colour and fill in your contact details. If your colour is too light for text, Flowproof automatically uses a darker shade.
- Add your clients' websites. Up to 25 in Business, each with a weekly automatic scan.
- Create a client report for each website. Give it your client's name and share the link. The report always shows the latest scan.
- Discuss the progress. The previous measurement sits next to the current one, so your client can see what your work has achieved.
#What your client sees
The report opens with a short introduction to GEO, which you can replace with your own text. After that come the GEO score, the recommended first steps sorted by what delivers the most, the score per area and all findings with advice. The findings cover specific issues, such as a blocked AI crawler, a missing llms.txt or organisation markup from schema markup for AI.
#The checks behind the report
Each area has its own page with explanations: the GEO audit, AI crawler monitoring, the structured data audit, the llms.txt checker and the WCAG checker. See all the differences between the plans on the pricing page, or get started with a free account.
